When eligible, transferring your booking can unlock bonus Sailor Loot of up to $200, potential Circle savings, and full support throughout your Virgin Voyages journey – without changing your cruise fare.

Virgin Voyages Booking Transfer Conditions

To ensure your Virgin Voyages booking or MNVV can be transferred successfully, the following conditions apply.

  • Booking must be paid in GBP
  • Booking must not be paid in full
  • Booking must be made directly with Virgin Voyages
  • Not booked via another agent or tour operator
  • Ideally transferred within 30 days of booking

If your booking falls outside the 30‑day window, get in touch anyway. In some cases, options may still be available.

Bonus Sailor Loot When You Transfer Your Booking

Transferring an eligible Virgin Voyages booking to Daniel can unlock Bonus Sailor Loot to use onboard for experiences, Shore Things, drinks, or relaxing moments at sea.

Bonus Sailor Loot amounts are based on your cabin category:

  • Solo Insider / Solo Sea View: Up to £25 Bonus Sailor Loot
  • Insider / Sea View: Up to $50 Bonus Sailor Loot
  • Sea Terrace: Up to $100 Bonus Sailor Loot
  • RockStar Quarters: Up to $200 Bonus Sailor Loot

Bonus Sailor Loot is applied to eligible bookings at the time of transfer and adds extra value without changing your cruise fare.

Important: Lock‑It‑In rates receive reduced Sailor Loot. Bonus Sailor Loot is not compatible with Circle offers and must be requested at the time of booking transfer. Daniel reserves the right to extend or withdraw this offer at any time.

Transfer Your MNVV to Daniel

If you are holding a My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV), it can usually be transferred to Daniel provided it is in GBP.

MNVVs transferred to Daniel can be used toward cruise‑only bookings, Virgin Voyages packages, or Circle sailings where applicable.

Can I Still Receive Virgin Voyages Circle Savings?

Yes - in many cases, Virgin Voyages Circle savings can still apply when you transfer your booking or use an MNVV with Daniel, provided the eligibility criteria are met.

Circle sailings are a powerful way to unlock additional value and are ideal for Sailors booking ahead in premium cabin categories.

Circle Savings Eligibility

  • Sailing must be more than 180 days before departure
  • Cabin category must be Sea Terrace or Central Sea Terrace (Excluding Base)
  • Booking must meet all Circle fare conditions

When eligible, Circle savings can be worth up to 10% of the voyage fare. Availability and discounts vary by sailing and are always subject to conditions.

If your booking does not qualify for Circle savings, don’t worry - in many cases we can still enhance the booking with Bonus Sailor Loot, ensuring you receive added value alongside full First Mate support.

TTA protection applies to Virgin Voyages packages booked through Daniel, where funds are held in trust as part of a package arrangement. Cruise‑only bookings and Virgin Voyages Circle sailings are paid directly to Virgin Voyages and are not held in a trust account in the same way.

Daniel will always explain how protection applies to your specific booking and may recommend a Virgin Voyages package where stronger financial protection is appropriate..

What are the MNVV conditions?

My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) vouchers can usually be transferred to Daniel provided they are held in GBP. MNVVs can be used toward Cruise Only bookings, Daniel’s Virgin Voyages Packages, or eligible Circle sailings.

Can I still receive Circle savings after transferring my booking?
