Already booked direct with Virgin Voyages or holding a My Next Virgin Voyage? You may be able to transfer your booking to Daniel Griese for expert First Mate support.
Virgin Voyages bookings do not always have to stay where they started. If your booking is eligible, Daniel can be added as your First Mate so you have direct support before you sail.
The process usually only takes a few minutes with Virgin Voyages Sailor Services. You will need your booking details and Daniel’s First Mate information, all shown below.

To transfer your Virgin Voyages booking or My Next Virgin Voyage to Daniel, these conditions usually apply.
Paid in GBP
Your booking or MNVV should normally be held in GBP.
Not paid in full
Your booking should usually not be fully paid when the transfer request is made.
Booked direct
The booking should have been made directly with Virgin Voyages, not another agent or operator.
Ideally within 30 days
Transfers are ideally requested within 30 days of booking. If your booking is older, still ask Daniel.

Use the Virgin Voyages booking reference shown on your confirmation.
Your booking email
Use the same email address that is attached to your Virgin Voyages booking.
Reservation details
Have all first and last names, plus your sail date, exactly as shown on your reservation.

Ask Sailor Services to add Daniel as your First Mate
Agent requests can be made by the Sailor only through Virgin Voyages Sailor Services by phone, email or chat. You will usually need to provide the booking number and all first and last names on the reservation.
Best option: Chat or phone is usually the quickest way to do this. If using chat, type “transfer to agent” or “speak to someone” to avoid the chatbot.

My Next Virgin Voyage
Transfer your MNVV to Daniel
If you are holding a My Next Virgin Voyage, it can usually be transferred to Daniel provided it is held in GBP and meets Virgin Voyages terms.
MNVVs transferred to Daniel can be used towards cruise-only bookings, Daniel’s Virgin Voyages packages or eligible Circle sailings where applicable.
If you are unsure whether your MNVV can be used on the sailing you want, Daniel can help check the terms, cabin options and package value.

What are the MNVV transfer conditions?
My Next Virgin Voyage vouchers can usually be transferred to Daniel provided they are held in GBP and meet Virgin Voyages eligibility requirements. MNVVs must be applied in line with Virgin Voyages terms, including minimum voyage length and validity dates.
