A Virgin Voyages package brings your cruise together with other travel arrangements, which may include return flights, a pre-cruise or post-cruise hotel stay and transfers. You receive one tailored plan with the included arrangements, payment terms and applicable financial protection clearly set out.
Eligible flight-inclusive packages include ATOL protection. Your quotation and ATOL Certificate will identify the protected arrangements and the ATOL holder responsible.

Booking eligible flights, accommodation and your Virgin Voyages cruise together as a package can provide valuable financial protection and one clear point of responsibility for the included arrangements.
- Eligible flight-inclusive packages include ATOL protection. An ATOL Certificate will confirm the protected arrangements and ATOL holder.
- TTA protection applies where confirmed. Your quotation will explain the protection attached to your booking.
- Your package is documented clearly. Included flights, hotels, transfers and cruise arrangements are listed before payment.
- Travel insurance is still essential. Financial protection does not replace appropriate travel insurance.

For eligible Sea Terrace cabins and below, the chosen VoyageFair affects conditions and certain onboard inclusions.

When a Virgin Voyages sailing is booked as part of a package, no Future Voyage Credit applies. The package provider's amendment, cancellation and payment terms apply to the complete booking.

Clear pricing
Are gratuities included?
No. Virgin Voyages service gratuities are charged separately from the voyage fare. Your quotation will confirm the amount applying to your booking and whether it has been prepaid.
Once the service gratuity is covered, Virgin Voyages does not add further gratuities to individual drinks, dining or spa purchases. Rates and terms can change.

Are Virgin Voyages packages ATOL protected?
Eligible flight-inclusive packages include ATOL protection. Your ATOL Certificate will identify the protected arrangements and the ATOL holder responsible. Other arrangements may have different protection, which will be confirmed before booking.
Are gratuities included in Virgin Voyages fares?
No. Virgin Voyages service gratuities are charged separately. Your personalised quotation will confirm the current amount and whether it has been prepaid.
Are meals included onboard?
Dining at Virgin Voyages' included onboard eateries is covered by the voyage fare. Certain premium menu items and special experiences may have an additional charge.
Which drinks are included?
Filtered still and sparkling water, selected soft drinks, drip coffee and tea are included. Alcoholic drinks, speciality coffee and other premium drinks cost extra unless an applicable credit covers them.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, but the Wi-Fi level and simultaneous device allowance depend on your VoyageFair and accommodation. The applicable service will be confirmed in your quotation.
Is Virgin Voyages adults-only?
Yes. Virgin Voyages welcomes Sailors aged 18 and over across its fleet.
Can I fly from a regional UK airport?
Regional flights may be available depending on the itinerary, departure date and airline schedules. Daniel can compare suitable options when preparing your quotation.
Can I add extra hotel nights or upgrade?
Yes, subject to availability. Packages can often be extended with extra nights, different hotels, upgraded rooms or another cabin category.
Can I use or transfer an MNVV?
An eligible MNVV may be transferable and usable on a qualifying booking. Eligibility depends on its original details, transfer window and current Virgin Voyages terms.
Is Sailor Loot included?
Selected bookings may qualify for promotional Sailor Loot, but it is not included with every voyage or fare. Any confirmed Sailor Loot will be shown in your booking details.
Are Shore Things included?
Shore Things are generally optional and cost extra. They can be booked separately, subject to availability.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Suitable travel insurance is recommended from the date of booking. ATOL and other financial protection do not replace travel insurance for cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings and other travel risks.
