How does the 10% Circle discount work?

The 10% discount applies to Sea Terrace and Central Sea Terrace cabins when added to a Circle at least 180 days before sailing. It is valid on Essential and Premium fares and can be combined with a My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV).

Can I use my My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) inside a Circle?

Yes. MNVVs are fully compatible with Circles. Daniel can transfer your MNVV into a Circle so your booking receives the appropriate Circle benefit.

What benefit do I get if I join a Circle within 180 days of sailing?

Bookings made within 180 days of sailing, or in cabin categories that do not qualify for the 10% discount such as RockStar Quarters, receive a $50 Sailor Loot bonus applied before sailing.

Is Sailor Loot refundable?

No. Sailor Loot is onboard credit provided by Virgin Voyages and is non-refundable. It can be used for drinks, spa treatments, paid experiences, retail purchases and onboard services.

Are Virgin Voyages package holidays eligible for Circle benefits?

No. Circle benefits apply to cruise-only bookings and do not extend to Virgin Voyages package holidays that include flights, hotels or transfers.

Does joining a Circle change my fare or cabin type?

No. Your fare type and cabin selection stay exactly the same. A Circle simply adds group benefits without altering your original booking details.

Can I join a Circle after I have already booked?

Yes. Bookings can often be moved into a Circle if they meet Virgin Voyages’ eligibility rules and transfer timeframe. Daniel can assess your booking and confirm eligibility.

Is there a fee to join a Circle?

No. There is no fee to join a Circle. Circle benefits are provided as part of Daniel’s service as a Gold Certified UK First Mate.

Do Circles apply to all Virgin Voyages ships?

Circles can be created on eligible itineraries across the Virgin Voyages fleet, including Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady and Brilliant Lady, subject to allocation and availability.

Can multiple cabins in my group join the same Circle?

Yes. Multiple cabins can be added to the same Circle as long as the Circle allocation has space and each booking meets eligibility requirements.

Will my booking still be protected when handled by Daniel?

How do I transfer my booking or MNVV to Daniel?

You can transfer your booking or My Next Virgin Voyage to Daniel using the secure transfer form linked on the Circle Sailings page. Once received, Daniel applies the best available Circle benefits to your booking.

A back‑to‑back cruise simply means continuing your holiday on the same Virgin Voyages ship for consecutive sailings. Instead of disembarking once your first voyage ends, you roll straight into the next one. How Does a Back‑to‑Back Cruise Work?

On the final day of your first sailing, Virgin Voyages will give you instructions for the turnaround process. Depending on the port, you may be able to stay on the ship during a short quiet period, or you may briefly disembark as a group for a quick customs check before re‑boarding early for your next voyage.

If you need to change cabins, the crew will move your luggage for you and let you know when your new cabin is ready. If you are staying in the same cabin, the process is even simpler – you just continue your voyage.
